Cancellation Policy

At Tanzanite Serviced Apartment (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to provide a seamless booking experience and transparent cancellation process. Please read our Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking Terms

a) Reservation Confirmation:

  • All reservations are subject to availability and are considered confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation email or message from us.
  • Guests must provide accurate information during the booking process, including full name, contact details, and payment information.

b) Payment Policy:

  • Full payment or a deposit (as specified during booking) is required to secure your reservation.
  • Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other approved methods.
  • Any outstanding balance must be settled upon check-in unless otherwise agreed.

c) Room Rates:

  • Room rates are quoted per night and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Rates may vary depending on the season, availability, or promotional offers.

d) Special Requests:

  • While we strive to accommodate special requests (e.g., room preferences, late check-ins), they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

e) Group Bookings:

  • Additional terms may apply for group bookings of five or more rooms. Please contact us directly for details.

2. Cancellation Policy

a) Flexible Cancellation:

  • Cancellations made [24 hours] before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than [24 hours] before check-in will be charged [one night’s stay or given a coupon to be used either by the guest or her friends or family with 3 months from the date of cancellation].

b) Non-Refundable Bookings:

  • For special rates or promotional offers marked as non-refundable, cancellations or modifications are not permitted, and the full booking amount will be charged.

c) No-Show Policy:

  • Guests who fail to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the full booking amount will be charged.

d) Early Departures:

  • If a guest chooses to check out before the reserved departure date, no refunds will be provided for the unused nights.

3. Modifications

  • Modifications to reservations, such as changing dates or room types, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Requests for modifications must be made at least [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 24 hours] before the original check-in date.

4. Force Majeure

Tanzanite Serviced Apartment is not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a credit for future stays, subject to availability.

5. Refund Process
