Frequently Asked Questions

HOTEL PAYMENTS

1 Can I change the name on my reservation?

Yes, name changes are allowed for most bookings. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to update the reservation details.

2 What is your refund policy if I cancel or shorten my stay?

We have a credit or date change policy. Instead of cash refund, the hotel offers credit for future stays or change of dates. Cancellation up to same day before 10:00AM grants a credit valid for 6 months.

In some cases, where this is not applicable, ex when guests book via the website or online, the guest receives a portion of the payment back depending on how early they cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge equal to one night’s stay. Please refer to your specific booking confirmation for details.

We prefer payment in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS), but we may accept major foreign currencies like USD or EUR at the current exchange rate, depending on the amount and availability.

4 Can I get a receipt or invoice for my payment?

Absolutely. We provide printed receipts and tax invoices upon request, whether for personal use or business reimbursement.

Yes, a valid credit card is required to guarantee your booking. However, you may choose a different method of payment when you check in or check out.

6 When is payment required—at check-in or check-out?

We typically require payment at check-in. However, for long stays or large bookings, we may request a deposit or advance payment before arrival.
