- Noise Levels: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from [10:00 PM to 8:00 AM].

2. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In Time: From [2:00 PM]. Early check-ins are subject to availability and may incur additional charges of [$50] if before 9:00 AM
- Check-Out Time: By [11:00 AM]. Late check-outs may incur additional fees of [$50] unless pre-arranged with the front desk.
- Identification: All guests must present a valid photo ID or passport upon check-in.
3. Payment and Charges
- Full Payment: Payment must be completed at check-in unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Incidental Charges: Guests are responsible for any incidental charges incurred during their stay.
- Damage Fees: Any damage to property or loss of items will result in additional charges, which may include the cost of repair or replacement.
4. Smoking Policy
- Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas, including rooms, hallways, and common spaces.
- Designated smoking areas are available [ex. At the rooftop lounge area].
- A cleaning fee will be charged for violations of this policy.
5. Alcohol and Drugs
- Alcohol: Moderate alcohol consumption is permitted in rooms and designated areas. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior resulting from alcohol use will not be tolerated.
- Drugs: The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and possible legal action.
6. Visitors
- Guest Visitors: Visitors are allowed up to [10:00 PM].
- Registration: All visitors must register at the front desk upon arrival.
- Overnight Stays: Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight in the rooms.
- Facilities & Amenities: Visitors are not allowed to use any facilities eg the pool or amenities eg breakfast during their time at the property.

- Service Animals: Service animals are welcome in compliance with applicable laws.
8. Use of Facilities
- Gym/Pool: Guests must adhere to posted rules and safety guidelines for facility use. Use of facilities is at the guest’s own risk.
- Parking: Complimentary parking is available for registered guests. Tanzanite Serviced Apartment is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or belongings.
9. Security
- Valuables: Guests are encouraged to store valuables in the in-room safe. Tanzanite Serviced Apartment is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We kindly request guests to request for their important belongings to be moved to the hotel guest storage when required.
- Key Cards: Guests must return key cards at check-out. Lost key cards will incur a replacement fee.
10. Emergency Procedures
- Fire Safety: In case of fire, please follow the evacuation plan posted in your room and notify the front desk immediately.
- Medical Emergencies: Contact the front desk or dial [800] from your in suite phone for assistance.
11. Violations of Policies
Failure to comply with these house rules and policies may result in:
