a) Booking Confirmation:
- A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email or message from Tanzanite Serviced Apartment.
- Guests must provide accurate information during the booking process.
b) Payment Terms:
- Payment must be made in full or as per the agreed payment terms at the time of booking.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, mobile payments and other payment methods specified on our website.
c) Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made according to our Cancellation Policy
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms outlined in the Cancellation Policy.
d) No-Shows:
- Guests who fail to check in on their booking date without prior notice will be charged the full booking amount.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
a) Check-In:
- Check-in begins at [14:00 / 2:00 PM]. Early check-ins may be arranged based on availability and may incur additional charges.
- Valid identification is required at check-in.
b) Check-Out:
- Check-out must be completed by [11:00 AM]. Late check-outs may incur additional charges.
4. Guest Responsibilities
a) Conduct:
- Guests must behave responsibly and respect other guests, staff, and property.
- Any damage caused to the property will result in additional charges.
b) Prohibited Activities:
- Smoking is prohibited in non-designated areas.
- Illegal activities and hazardous materials are not permitted on the premises.
- Excessive noise or disruptive behavior is prohibited.
5. Facilities and Services
a) Use of Facilities:
- Access to facilities such as the gym, pool, or guest bikes is subject to availability and specific terms.
- Guests must adhere to rules and safety guidelines when using these facilities.
b) Housekeeping:
- Regular housekeeping services are provided. Limit to request for housekeeping is 2:00 PM in case you have a Do Not Disturb Sign on the door. Additional housekeeping requests may incur charges.
6. Liability and Disclaimers
a) Guest Property:
- We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of guest belongings unless stored in a designated secure area in our hotel storage.
b) Force Majeure:
- Tanzanite Serviced Apartment is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
c) Website Accuracy:
- While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information on our website is free from errors. Rates, availability, and descriptions are subject to change.
